The State of Illinois Procurement Code outlines requirements for Procurement Ethics and Disclosure (30 ILCS 500 Article 50). This course will provide you with an understanding of who is required to complete disclosures, what forms are permitted to be submitted, and how to review the submitted forms. This course is critical for your procurement tool kit!

The State of Illinois Procurement Code (30 ILCS 500) identifies six different procurement methods. The most commonly used method is Small Purchase. Join us to learn about the code, rules, and CPO notices that you must follow to successfully complete a small purchase. This course also includes a BidBuy simulation where the attendees will have the opportunity to actively participate. This course is available to State of Illinois employees and is approved by UPPCC for 4 contact hours.

The State of Illinois Procurement Code (30 ILCS 500) identifies six different procurement methods. This course will prepare you to take a procurement need and turn it into a contract using an Invitation for Bid. This course is full of hands-on activities that will assist you as a procurement professional in successfully completing an Invitation for Bid. This course is available to State of Illinois employees and is approved by UPPCC for 5.5 contact hours.
