Cooperatives and Consortiums Approved for Use
The Chief Procurement Officer for General Services (CPO) approves State agencies under her jurisdiction to consider contracts procured by the following cooperatives and consortium. Agencies must first consider conducting their own procurement or using an available statewide master contract. The Agency Procurement Officer, State Purchasing Officer, and CPO shall approve the use of any of these contracts.
Local units of government may use any cooperative and consortium that is permitted by the laws and policies that govern their own procurements. The CPO approving a cooperative or consortium is not an endorsement nor approval for the local unit of government to use the consortium's contracts.
